Tour Operator:
These terms and conditions for tours are part of the motorcycle rental and tour contract signed between the customer and Bee Mototours Spain S.L. (hereinafter, “Beebiker”), with tax identification number B87725743 and domiciled at calle Tegucigalpa 57, Madrid (Spain). In order to book a tour, you must send the reservation form via our website. Therefore, you must fill in the form and also read and accept the terms and conditions which shall be binding on the contract. Reservation forms will not be received by Beebiker if you do not tick the box to indicate that you have read and accepted the terms and conditions.
Agents and representatives:
The agents and representatives of Beebiker represent the company but are not a party to this contract, nor shall they be held liable or be responsible for any failure which may occur in the provision of service, as detailed in the relevant text of the contract.
Reservations and deposits:
When you send the online form Beebiker shall charge €500 per person as deposit. This deposit books your place in the Tour. As the places are limited an order of priority shall be established by order of reception of forms. The remaining amount of the tour shall be charged 60 days before the tour begins.
The rental period shall not be interrupted if the renter is unable to ride a motorcycle or due to any other reason. Beebiker shall not be responsible for replacing a motorcycle damaged during the tour.
Own motorcycle:
Participants who decide to take their own motorcycle to the tour shall be responsible for having it in optimal conditions for the type of tour. Beebiker does not offer insurance coverage for participants travelling on their own motorcycle.
Price:
The price includes all the details listed on the information page of each tour on our website.
The price of the tour excludes all the details listed as “not included” on the information page of the tour, as well as each participant’s personal expenses.
Accommodation in rooms:
As is the case with the number of participants in the tour, there are a limited number of single rooms at an additional cost, which shall be allocated on a first come, first served basis. Beebiker does not guarantee availability for all the requests but if you are travelling on your own and you wish to stay in a double room, Beebiker shall try to find a roommate who is in the same situation as you. If this is not possible the single-room supplement shall be paid by the participant.
Renter’s liability for damage:
From the delivery of the motorcycle until it is returned, the renter shall be liable to the owner for the motorcycle, and for any total or partial loss or damage thereto. Damage shall be deemed to be an accident, damage resulting from the improper use or any damage that reduces the value of the motorcycle. The renter shall be liable for the cost of the repair, the amount of which shall be determined by an expert report, which shall also by payable by the renter, and for the reduction in the technical and market value of the motorcycle based on the excess it has depending on the type of insurance chosen. The burden of proof for any minimum damage shall lie with the renter.
Cancellation and returns without taking out cancellation insurance:
Cancellations received more than 60 days prior to the start date of the tour shall be subject to a cancellation fee of €200 per person. Cancellations received between 59 and 40 days prior to the start date of the tour shall be subject to a cancellation fee of 20% of the cost of the tour. Cancellations received between 39 and 21 days prior to the start date of the tour shall be subject to a cancellation fee of 30% of the cost of the tour. Cancellations made with less than 20 days of advance cancellation notice shall not be refunded.
Beebiker cancellation insurance:
Beebiker highly recommends this type of insurance. (See section Cancellation insurance on our website).
Minimum of participants:
Beebiker may cancel the Tour up to 2 weeks before the tour begins if the tour does not have a sufficient number of participants. In the event of cancelling the tour, the customers shall be immediately informed, and the total price of the tour shall be refunded.
Cancellation of the tour:
The contract shall be declared invalid, and therefore, the tour shall be cancelled for reasons beyond the control of Beebiker or its customers, as well as in cases of force majeure such as natural disasters.
Non-compliance of road safety laws and Beebiker regulations:
Non-compliance of current road safety laws or requirements for the group’s trip may result in termination of the contract by Beebiker and the rented motorcycle shall become responsibility of the latter.
Customers shall be obliged to comply with said regulations and shall be liable for all the consequences if they fail to do so.
Responsibility:
Beebiker is responsible for providing the services which appear on its website for each tour. Beebiker closely monitors all its suppliers, such as restaurants, hotels, local guides, museums, etc. Beebiker is solely responsible for the organisation, but shall not be liable for any type of accident. Beebiker reserves the right, without prior notice, to cancel the tour, in full or in part, to carry out the necessary changes, and any extra costs arising shall be payable by the tour participants. Likewise, the owners, operators and agents of each tour, including Beebiker, shall assume no responsibility for the safety of their customers, and accordingly, they shall not be individually or jointly liable for any accident related to the operation of the tour or the customer’s participation in the tour. The liability of Beebiker as Tour Operator is limited to a total of 3 times the cost of the Tour, regardless of the demand or claim. Beebiker is not responsible for any delays or changes to the schedule or to any other terms and conditions.
Changes to the tour schedule:
The tours are designed to be taken during the time of the year that is optimum for the region where they are carried out. However, weather and road conditions may lead to changes of the tour, itinerary, accommodation, and alternative hotels, routes and restaurants may be used.
Price of the tour, rents and costs of motorcycles:
The prices are calculated on the basis of exchange rates prevailing when the tours are scheduled. They may be subject to changes due to fluctuations in international currencies and inflation and may be adjusted by Beebiker up to 60 days before the tour begins, which coincides with the date of the final payment.
Photos and audiovisual material:
Any photo, video and audiovisual material generated by Beebiker during the tour shall be property of Beebiker, the copyright owner of the content thereof. Beebiker may use said material for advertising or marketing purposes. The customers authorise Beebiker to use said content.
Insurance:
Beebiker does not provide travel insurance. Therefore, we recommend that you take out adequate travel, health and accident insurance before the tour begins.

Verbal changes:
Verbal changes to the contract are not valid unless they are confirmed by BeeBiker in writing.
Printing errors:
Beebiker reserves the right to correct any printing or publishing errors, as well as calculation errors at any time.
